Meditation and Mindfulness comes in many shapes and sizes. Being in the zone, flow, daydreaming, or simply enjoying the present moment to the exclusion of all else are all examples. Whilst formal practice is great, simply being present at what ever you’re doing with whoever you’re doing it with can be even greater. How often are YOUR thoughts and your actions aligned in the present moment? You can only have anxiety about something yet to happen (or not as in 99% of cases) – mindfulness can help make that a thing of your past!
